We have created an electric panel, which is quickly becoming the new standard. This new electric panel is pre-configured with technology for controlling and monitoring your home.
The new smart electric panel includes a home control system JustSmart, which is managed by a mobile app.
This new generation electric panel is available in three different settings: geared toward apartments, homes or individual houses, and tiny homes or cottages.
Electric lock and security
Ventilation control
Devices control

In addition to lighting and heating systems, JustSmart panel also provides options/settings for leaving and returning home.
When coming home, the card or app will unlock the door, switch off the security system, and turn on the hallway lights.
When leaving home, you can lock the door, set the security system, turn off all the lights and reduce energy usage for heating/heating costs, with one push of a button / click / touch . The same button also enables you to activate a long-term absence setting.
The electric lock enables you to unlock the door with either an electronic key or smart phone app. This allows for other family members, guests, or cleaning service to enter while you are away. This is an especially useful feature for short term rental apartments.
The need to share and copy keys disappears. If an electronic key is lost, there is no need to replace the lock cylinder along with all the keys – access can be quickly and conveniently allowed or denied using the mobile app.
This feature eliminates the need to copy and distribute additional keys. If you lose a key, there is no need to change the lock with all the keys – the app will quickly and easily allow or deny access.
While at home, the “Home” settings allow you to select “locked” or “unlocked” for the outside door with security off. Activating the security system will lock the outside door. In case of a power disruption, the lock and security system continue to operate on batteries. The electric lock can also be opened with a traditional key. In that case, the security system will first need to be deactivated with the mobile app.
Controlling each light fixture individually is convenient but significantly increases the system’s acquisition cost. The simplest and most affordable setup combines separate control of hallway lighting with turning off all lights at once when leaving home and restoring the previous lighting state upon returning.
Additionally, a feature has been created for the hallway light to turn on upon detecting movement when arriving home, for one living room light to turn on based on movement, and in the home version of the distribution board, the Christmas lights are also automatically controlled.
AGATARK monitors the tripping of critical circuit breakers and residual current devices. This helps prevent issues such as the freezing of household plumbing or the complete defrosting of a refrigerator.
For many, using a home security system seems too cumbersome or complicated, which is why people often do not use these systems or do not turn it on. The new standard makes setting the security system quick and easy – the security system function helps you feel safe both at home and away.
The system connects to door, window, motion, smoke, and flood detectors all at once. If the burglary or fire alarm is tripped at home, it sounds an alarm (siren) and sends an emergency message to both the user’s smartphone as well as the security company’s surveillance service if applicable.
The AGATARK smart distribution board measures outdoor temperature as well as temperature and relative humidity in indoor rooms. In rooms equipped with a temperature sensor and climate control system (such as radiators, underfloor heating, etc.), heating and cooling are automatically managed. The system ensures that heating and cooling do not operate simultaneously, optimizing energy efficiency.
Heating and cooling can be managed in buildings with both central heating and electric heating systems. For systems with low-inertia underfloor heating panels (e.g., Tycroc) and radiator heating, the system reduces heating and cooling demand to save energy.
Cooling devices can include convector fans, cooling beams, and air-to-air heat pumps with Modbus control, ensuring compatibility and efficient operation across various systems.
Did you remember to turn off the iron? Along with the lighting, unnecessary groups of devices can also be switched off for fire safety purposes when leaving home or even remotely. Refrigerators and devices displaying the time (such as ovens and microwave ovens) are excluded from automatic shutoff.
Users added to the home system automatically gain access to open outdoor barriers, entryway doors, and disable monitoring of storage spaces and shared areas.
Integration with the 2N Helios video intercom system allows calls to be automatically forwarded to a mobile phone when the home is in security mode. While at home, an incoming call can trigger the hallway light to turn on (this feature is also available in the home version).
By connecting to the ATS system, false alarms can be quickly canceled via a local switch or mobile app before being forwarded to the Rescue Board.
For apartment buildings, AGATARK smart distribution boards measure room temperatures, enabling fair distribution of heating costs. This eliminates the imbalance between end-unit and central apartments.
It is not uncommon for burglars to enter a home while the family is sleeping. There is no need to separately activate and deactivate the night security mode – the JustSmart panel does it automatically. A motion detector in the hallway can distinguish between opening the door from the inside and outside.
Indoor air quality demand based automatic ventilation management system prevents over- and under ventilation.
Air quality in living rooms and bedrooms is determined based on CO2/VOC levels. The ventilation of bathrooms and saunas depends on their moisture levels. The specific setting of the ventilation device is chosen based on the room with the poorest air quality.
Mechanical/required ventilation is never turned completely off – minimal ventilation must continue also after reaching the desired air quality. Otherwise, toxic chemicals emitted from furniture can remain in the rooms.
JustSmart panel manages all ventilation devices connected through Modbus interface.

If the internet connection is lost, the smart home will continue to function locally, but remote access to the home will not be available during that time.
The AGATARK distribution board includes a battery that keeps the system running for several hours. During a power outage, the home security system remains operational, and the electronic key continues to function; however, lights and the TV are turned off. If the power outage lasts longer, the battery will eventually deplete, and entry can then be made using the traditional key.
With the AGATARK smart distribution board, your home is as secure as money in the bank. Cybersecurity is a top priority for us, backed by the extensive smart home development experience of the EnLife team.
Using an electric lock is convenient, but if it feels too innovative, you can still enter the home the traditional way—by turning a key in the lock. In this case, the security system must be deactivated separately, as it is not automatically disabled when using a conventional key.
If you lose your electronic key, it can quickly be either temporarily deactivated or permanently deleted. Unlike losing a mechanical key, there is no need to replace the lock cylinder or issue new keys to all family members.
